Fly the Mig 31 Foxhound

Fly the Mig 31 Foxhound to the edge of space. Designed as a supersonic interceptor, the Mig 31 is one of the most powerful fighter jets ever built. Capable of reaching Mach 2.83 at high altitude, this extraordinary fighter plane will fly you in the stratosphere to the edge of space, where the sky is black and the earth looks round. This fighter jet ride is done from Nizhny Novgorod in Russia.

Fighter jet flights on the Mig 31 Foxhound have been suspended due to its very high operating costs. However, if you are ready to pay the substantial extra cash, flights can be organised in the Mig 31. Flights to the edge of space are now done on the Mig 29 Fulcrum which also provides greater visibility. Please see Fly to the edge of space for more details on this amazing jet ride.

Check out the following video which broadcasts the Mig 31 – the views are actually mixed with a Mig 25 and a Mig 31.

Contact us if you want to know more about jet fighter rides in the Mig 31 as they are offered as a tailor made experience and can be very expensive – over 30,000 euros as operating and maintenance costs are very high. The Mig 29 offers the exact same experience, but with a better view and at a lower price tag.
